4. How do paid consultation calls work?

Paid calls are for clients seeking deeper strategic or creative guidance.
You can book and pay for your session directly through my website. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.
i’ll tailor the session to your needs — from brand positioning to design strategy or creative brainstorming sessions.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

• Free calls: Please cancel in advance if you can’t attend.

• Paid calls: You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a new slot.
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

This helps me keep time available for other clients.
